1. Suspension of Services to the USA and Israel
Effective immediately, we are suspending all sales and shipments to the United States and Israel. This decision is due to significant operational challenges.
For the USA: Recent U.S. government policies, specifically the suspension of the de minimis exemption for low-value shipments, have made cross-border e-commerce unsustainable . This change means all imports to the U.S., regardless of value, are now subject to duties and taxes, leading to complex customs formalities, potential delays, and higher costs for customers .
For Israel: This suspension is due to the ongoing regional conflict, which has caused major disruptions to international shipping and logistics, making reliable delivery impossible at this time .
2. A Stance Against "Make America Great Again"
Our decision to halt services to the U.S. is also a principled one. We do not support the "Make America Great Again" political movement and its associated policies. We believe in global cooperation and fair trade, not divisive slogans and tariffs that hinder international commerce.
